onation. Investigations show that the majority of us are willing to donate our organs after our deaths, but that we have not made our wishes known. One reason for this may be that we do not want to think or talk about death. Death is a taboo subject of conversation, but a person’s death can give their lives back to several other people. It is difficult, but we must dare to speak about death when we live with solicitude towards each other.
Art has the power to reach out to many people
irrespective of language or religion, and that is why I carry out this work.
More people taking a stand for organ donation means more lives being saved, and
also the possibility that illegal organ trading will decrease and finally
disappear altogether. Together we can make a change and build bridges between
people all over the world. Make your wishes known, organ donation includes us
all.”
